TRAKAmerica goes to great lengths to ensure the security of all client information. All interfaces are rigorously tested prior to use and all data transfers occur using our secure FTP sites.

All attorneys in our network must pass in-person physical and data security audits every 12 to 24 months. These audits are performed by an independent third party against an extensive set of client-driven information and security standards, which include best practices for keycard access, security cameras, UserID/passwords, firewalls, and the like.
